Service Description

Classes involve light body movement while performing various controlled breathing exercises. QiGong follows traditional Chinese medical theory with the practitioner seeking and maintaining health and a sense of well-being. TaiChi also follows YinYang theory in Self-Defense. Sat - Sunday mornings, fair weather dependent, Gwendolyn Park, or pre-arranged locale. 9am, Saturday Mornings, or as pre-arranged. From May 18, 2024, as weather permits. Workshop Location.
