Service Description

Martial Arts based fitness, from a defensive perspective. Traditional Chinese Kung-Fu, exercise, flexibility, selfdefense, form. Classes typically follow either a set or variable warm up, flexibility and strength training format, followed by technique, self-defense practice and application, Form practice.
